Pup & Co. works hard to ship the orders within one businessday, however some orders may take up to 3 business days of receiving payment. Customized products may take longer as stated with product description.

Remote areas may require additional shipping charge and transit time, and we will contact you with accurate shipping quote via email prior to shipping your product(s).
We will contact you after your purchase with various shipping options available to you. We do not charge sales taxes for orders shipping outside Canada, but customers may be charged with import duties on some items. You are responsible for paying import duties to your country. We do not refund any rejected shipment.

We want all our pups & hoomans to be happy with their purchases. Return or exchange of unused merchandise with original packaging are accepted within 30 days of purchase (exceptions stated below). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please allow us 3 business days processing the return/exchange once recieved the item.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once the refund is approved , depends on the financial institutes, the credit will be usually posted within 5-7 business days.
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return through email once the return is approved.
Notes: Customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Depending on the designated address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping back items over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the package.
